Mommy and Daddy had a six pack
G
But it wasn't pop or beer
A
It was six lovely children
D
Popped out every other year

Kim was a bit of a rebel
Then he met a girl named Sue
Settled down and had a family
Soon they'll be grandparents too

Jeff was a bit of a rebel as well
Played guitar and grew his hair
Now he lives in Denver
Enjoying the mountain air

Lori was the only girl
In this clan all full of men
Now she has one of each
Her children Amy and Austin

The next one he was an intellect
They gave him the name of Mark
He knows about foreign languages
And with Kathy he did spark

Now Doug was into computers
In fact it was his whole life
Surfin' on that AOL
That's how he met his wife

The youngest one was into sports
Brad was quite the ladies man
He's finally in the hall of fame
Cuz his family is his fans

We all grew up together
California and Mormon Land
Living in harmony
One by one we did disband

(... slow down ... quieter)
Now Mom and Dad are empty nesters
The six pack is all gone
Livin' in a trailer
This sounds like a country song

They've had 50 years of ups and downs
Together they have grown
Now they each have their own computer
Content as they have ever known

We wish them Happy Anniversary!
To the fairest of them all
We're glad they are our parents
Else we wouldna' been born at all
